An open letter, signed by a coalition of organisations, calling on UNESCO to act on the Assomption Island hotel development after two years of unanswered outreach. The site sits 27km from Aldabra Atoll, and the development poses a direct threat to the Outstanding Universal Value that UNESCO is mandated to protect.
